Notes
- 1. Before using the pay-off stand, the weight of the cable reel should be confirmed to prevent overloading.
- 2. The cable reel must be placed in the middle of the pay-off stand to prevent the axle lever from bending due to uneven force.
- 3. The pay-off stand must be used on a stable ground to avoid tipping over.
- 4. When lifting the cable reel, both supports must be lifted simultaneously to ensure that the axle lever remains horizontal, preventing the cable reel from tilting to one side due to unilateral lifting. Similarly, when rotating the cable reel for paying off, ensure that the axle lever remains horizontal to prevent the cable reel from moving to one side and tipping over.
- 5. Before paying off the cable, the two pay-off supports need to be anchored after the cable reel is lifted into position. Otherwise, the supports may move or even tip over when the cable reel rotates.
