Working Principle
- By pulling the hand chain, the hand chain wheel rotates, pressing the friction plate ratchet wheel and brake seat into a single unit for rotation. The toothed long shaft then rotates the toothed short shaft and spline hole gear. In this way, the lifting sprocket gear mounted on the spline hole gear drives the lifting chain, thereby lifting the load smoothly. A ratchet friction plate-type one-way brake is used, which can self-brake under load. The pawl engages with the ratchet wheel under the action of the spring to ensure brake safety.
- When lifting a load with the hand chain block, pull the hand chain clockwise to rotate the hand chain wheel; to lower the load, pull the hand chain counterclockwise, separating the brake seat from the brake pad. The ratchet wheel remains stationary under the action of the pawl, and the toothed long shaft drives the lifting sprocket gear to rotate in the opposite direction, thereby lowering the load smoothly.
