Manual Lever Hoist

Manual lever hoist (or hand chain block) is a lightweight manual lifting tool that utilizes the lever principle to generate a straight-line traction force matching the load. It features a compact structure, light weight, small size, easy portability, high safety and reliability, and long service life. The manual lever hoist can perform lifting, traction, lowering, calibration, and other operations. With special devices, it can also carry out non-linear traction operations or select suitable operating positions to expand its load capacity multiple times with smaller tonnage equipment. The main components of a manual lever hoist include a hand chain wheel, hand chain, brake, ratchet wheel, and lifting chain. During use, the operator drives the hand chain wheel by pulling the handle, which in turn drives the lifting chain to achieve the lifting operation. At the same time, the brake ensures that there is no chain slippage during the loading process, guaranteeing the safety of the operation.
